From May 2008 we're offering free samples of our products. They're not entirely free, however! We offer one free sample for:

• Each RM150 in goods purchased
• Each qualifying review of a product you write.

If you add too many free samples to your cart, you will see a message telling you how many you can take. It is possible to qualify for free products by value of previous orders alone (without writing any reviews), and also possible to qualify for free samples just by writing good reviews.

For reviewers, there is no need to purchase products. You may take a cart containing only free samples through the checkout. You will be charged for shipping, but the samples are absolutely free. Some of our samples are worth over RM20, more than 4 times the cost of shipping. Qualify for several free samples at once, and the cost of shipping is tiny, compared to the value of the samples.

Reviews may take up to 12 hours to be checked, depending on the time of day you write, but are sometimes checked and approved for free samples within minutes. The review qualification process requires us to manually check each review, so please let us know if you believe you deserve more free samples than the system offers you.

When we check a review, what we look for is your personal opinion of the product:

• how it compares to your expectations when you ordered it
• how it compares to other products you have used
• how good value for money you feel it is (is the price right?)
• whether you would buy it again
• whether you would recommend it to a friend
• what you liked about the product
• what you did not like
