Paypal does this to protect you from fraud. If you see this message, please contact us to arrange a manual Paypal payment, confirming your delivery address. We will send you a link which you can click on to complete your order.Other paymentsWhile we prefer online payment, we can accept a payment direct to our bank. Simply place your order online and choose the Pay direct to bank option. How you actually transfer the money is up to you. If you have online banking with a Malaysian bank, this may be the most convenient and quickest method. If you do not have online banking, then visiting your local Maybank branch with cash or a cheque and asking them to credit our account is also relatively painless.

Paying by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) from outside Malaysia
We don't recommend this as a payment option. TT charges can be expensive (Netherlands 7EUR, UK 20GBP - let us know what your bank charges). Most banks offer the option to deduct the TT charges from the amount transferred. Customers paying by TT must pay the TT charges in addition to the order amount, so that the total order value is credited to our account at Maybank in Malaysia. We will not ship orders unless the total amount of the order has been paid.
We prefer payments made via PayPal because we are notified of the arrival of the payment, and we can process your order immediately. If you choose to pay by direct bank payment, we cannot deliver your order until we have confirmed that payment has been credited to our account. |
