Choosing a shipping service
Pos Laju has been 100% reliable for our shipments, and delivers within a few days worldwide. Pos Laju's online track and trace system is, in our experience, rarely working. If you choose Pos Laju, you can usually track your Pos Laju parcel by visiting your local national postal service's website. International deliveries can be sent by Pos Malaysia's Air Parcel service, which is slower than courier options, but cheaper. See Pos Malaysia's time frame table for Air Parcel delivery transit times. From May 2008, Pos Malaysia are carrying Air Parcels under 200 grammes at their document rate, so we are offering a 40% discount on small packets.
